I AM LOOKING FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS!!
This website will soon change dramatically. I was just hired as an
Assistant Professor at Arizona State University. My appointment
is split between the School of Computing,
Informatics, and Decision Systems Engineering (SCIDSE) and the School of
Sustainability (SOS). My research lab will study interdisciplinary questions
involving decision-making and organization.
I will be joining several graduate programs as faculty, and so I'm looking for
graduate students! In particular, I will either have chair or co-chair privileges
in:
- Industrial Engineering / Operations Research (SCIDSE)
- Sustainability (SOS)
- Systems Engineering (Engineering)
- Animal Behavior (SOLS)
- Applied Math in the Life and Social Sciences (SHESC)
- Applied Math (SMSS)
where each program above is followed by its school.
More information will follow. For now, check out
http://www.tedpavlic.com/facjobsearch/ for more information about my research.

comments.

Caveat
I use
Firefox,
so this site should work well with it. I spot check with
MSIE, so I imagine MSIE users will have good luck too.
Google AdSense Ads
Some pages on this site have included with them some
Google AdSense
ads. I don't include these here to make money so much as I do to try to
enhance the content. This is purely an experiment. The hope is that
the ads will provide additional links to related relevant pages that
may be of some assistance. There's a good chance I'll remove them
sometime in the near future. I will try to
have Google filter out ads that are completely irrelevant to
the content on this site.
Anti-Spam Measures on This Site
There are many anti-spam measures currently being used
on this site. These measures help prevent spambots
from grabbing e-mail addresses posted on this site. In some cases, they
even block spambots from accessing this site at all. If you poke around
in some of the page sources, you may notice some of the technologies
being used. I urge you NOT TO PURSUE INVESTIGATING HOW THEY WORK
ON YOUR OWN or else you may be accidentally intercepted as a spambot and may have
trouble accessing this site AND MANY OTHERS in the future. If you are
curious as to how these technologies work, read the links in the
anti-spam section of the links page
or send me an e-mail.
